How are you able to charge a reasonable price for premium custom ski insoles?

  • By sending your high quality scans straight to the manufacturing source! Because of this, we save money on the margins that would usually be shared with stores and instead are able to provide you with an excellent product at an excellent price. 

Is shipping free?

  • Yes shipping is free!

What is your return policy?

  • If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your custom footbeds, we will correct the issue and send you a new pair for free. More information available here.

How long will it take for my insoles to arrive?

  • They will arrive within two and a half weeks and you will get a tracking code after one week.

What app will I use to take the scans?

  • The app you'll use to take your scans is available here, try it out and take some scans on your own.

When do I take the scans?

  • Go to our 'Product' page to be find the scanning instructions button. From there you can scan your feet, complete an information form, and pay for your new ski insoles!
