At Hypersoles, we are committed to customer satisfaction. Therefore, if you are unsatisfied with your orthotic, you can contact scans@hypersolesorthotics.com and request one orthotic re-make.

In addition to qualify for the re-make, you will have to ship the original orthotic back to us. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If the product was indeed damaged during shipping or is defective, you can contact scans@hypersolesorthotics.com, and we will re-make the orthotic for you once you send the original product to us.
