What is our return policy?

If you are unsatisfied with your custom insoles, you can contact scans@hypersolesorthotics.com and request a footbed re-make.

All you have to do is send us back your unwanted insoles (we will re-imburse your shipping costs), and describe your issue so that we can immediately re-make them to your satisfaction.


If you purchase custom insoles and let a friend know who also purchases Hypersoles, you will receive $20. In one of our mandatory forms, a box asks where the customer heard of Hypersoles, this is where your friend can mention your name. Once this is done, we will use your email and send you $20 through an e-transfer.

What about shipping?

All Hypersoles orders include free shipping, our custom footbeds should come within about two and a half weeks. In addition, you'll receive a tracking number for your package a week and a half after your order.

If you believe your orthotics were lost in the mail or were damaged during shipping. Please contact us at scans@hypersolesorthotics.com and we'll immediately begin making you a new pair.
