Is shipping free?

  • Yes shipping is free!

Can I claim coverage if I purchase the custom orthotics?

  • Yes you can and we have a whole page with more information about this here.

What is your return policy?

  • If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your orthotics, we will correct the issue and send you a new pair for free. More information available here.

How long will it take for my orthotics to arrive?

  • They will arrive within two and a half weeks and you will get a tracking code after one week.

What app will I use to take the scans?

  • The app you'll use to take your scans is available here, try it out and take some scans on your own.

When do I take the scans?

  • After your purchase, on the thank you page are the instructions on how to take and send your scans to us.
